Product Features

Dual 48 MP Camera System

MeetingBar A40 combines two 48 MP cameras to deliver detailed video and a wide view of the meeting room. It supports up to 4K video resolution, helping remote participants see people and presentations clearly.

120-Degree Wide-Angle View

With a 120-degree diagonal field of view, the A40 can capture participants across a medium-sized meeting room while reducing the need for manual camera adjustment.

AI-Powered Auto Framing

Auto Framing automatically adjusts the camera view to include meeting participants, keeping the group appropriately positioned within the frame as people enter, leave or move around the room.

Intelligent Speaker Tracking

Speaker Tracking identifies the active speaker and automatically focuses the camera view on the person speaking, creating a more natural and engaging remote-meeting experience.

IntelliFocus

IntelliFocus provides close-up views of speakers, helping remote participants clearly identify who is talking during discussions.

Video Fence

Video Fence allows the camera to define a designated meeting area and helps prevent unwanted areas outside the meeting zone from being included in the video frame.

People Counting

A40 supports people-counting functionality, providing useful room-occupancy information for compatible meeting-room management applications.

8-Element Microphone Array

The integrated 8-element MEMS microphone array captures voices from around the meeting table. The system can also be expanded with compatible Yealink microphones and audio accessories when additional coverage is required.

AI Audio Processing

Yealink AI Audio technology helps improve speech clarity through features such as noise cancellation, reverberation suppression and Audio Fence technology. Full-duplex audio processing allows participants to communicate naturally without unnecessary interruptions.

Built-In Stereo Speakers

The MeetingBar A40 has two integrated 10 W speakers, providing clear audio output without requiring separate speakers for a standard installation.

Yealink CTP25 Touch Console

The included CTP25 provides a dedicated touch interface for Microsoft Teams Rooms. Users can conveniently control meetings, join calls, manage room functions and access supported collaboration features from the meeting-room table.

Microsoft Teams Rooms on Android

A40 and CTP25 combination is designed specifically for Microsoft Teams Rooms on Android, providing a purpose-built meeting-room experience for organizations using Microsoft Teams.

Wired and Wireless Content Sharing

The system supports content sharing for presentations and collaboration. Compatible devices can use wired USB-C connectivity, while supported wireless sharing technologies such as Miracast and AirPlay provide additional flexibility.

BYOD Support

A40 supports Bring Your Own Device functionality, allowing users to connect compatible personal or business devices for meetings and content sharing.

Simple Meeting Room Installation

The A40 combines the camera, microphone array, speakers and processing hardware in a single video bar, reducing the number of separate components required in a meeting room. The CTP25 provides a dedicated room-control interface.

Centralized Device Management

IT administrators can remotely monitor and manage compatible Yealink meeting-room devices through supported management platforms. This can simplify device configuration, firmware updates and ongoing maintenance across multiple meeting rooms.

Flexible Mounting

The MeetingBar A40 can be installed in different meeting-room configurations using compatible mounting accessories, including wall, TV and other supported mounting options.

Integrated Privacy Shutter

The camera incorporates a privacy shutter that can be used to physically cover the camera when video is not required, providing an additional layer of privacy for meeting rooms.
