Product Features

27-Inch QHD Gaming Display

The 27-inch flat screen features a QHD resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels, delivering sharp images and detailed game environments. The 16:9 aspect ratio is suitable for gaming, streaming, video playback and everyday computer use.

Quantum Dot OLED Technology

QD-OLED panel combines OLED pixel-level light control with Quantum Dot colour technology to produce vivid colours and detailed images. Each pixel can control its own light output, helping deliver deep blacks and strong contrast in dark game scenes.

180Hz Refresh Rate

The monitor supports a refresh rate of up to 180Hz through DisplayPort, delivering smooth motion during fast-paced games. Over HDMI, the maximum refresh rate is 144Hz. This makes the monitor suitable for competitive shooters, racing games and other titles where fluid motion is important.

Ultra-Fast 0.03ms Response Time

The 0.03ms grey-to-grey response time enables extremely rapid pixel transitions, helping reduce motion blur during fast on-screen action. Combined with the high refresh rate, it supports clear and responsive gameplay.

Deep Blacks and 1,000,000:1 Contrast Ratio

OLED panel delivers a static contrast ratio of 1,000,000:1, producing deep blacks and strong separation between bright and dark elements. This helps reveal detail in shadowed environments and improves the visual impact of compatible games and videos.

HDR10 Support

HDR10 support allows compatible content to display enhanced tonal detail and a broader range of brightness levels. Combined with OLED contrast, it helps create more immersive gaming and multimedia experiences.

99% DCI-P3 Colour Coverage

The monitor supports approximately 99% DCI-P3 colour gamut coverage and up to 1 billion colours. This wide colour range produces vibrant game environments and detailed visuals for compatible multimedia content. Pantone validation also supports confidence in its colour reproduction.

Glare Free Display Technology

Samsung’s Glare Free technology uses a specialised surface treatment designed to reduce distracting reflections from ambient light. This helps maintain screen visibility in brighter rooms and gaming spaces.

AMD FreeSync and NVIDIA G-Sync Compatibility

AMD FreeSync and NVIDIA G-Sync Compatible support help synchronise the display with compatible graphics hardware. These technologies reduce screen tearing and stuttering when frame rates fluctuate, supporting smoother gameplay.

Black Equalizer for Dark Scenes

Black Equalizer allows users to adjust the visibility of dark areas in supported games. This can help reveal opponents and environmental details in shadowed locations without needing to change the overall game experience.

Virtual Aim Point

Virtual Aim Point adds an on-screen aiming marker to assist with targeting in compatible gaming scenarios. It provides a visible reference point that can be useful in first-person shooter games.

Thermal Modulation System

The Thermal Modulation System uses algorithms to manage display brightness and help control heat. This supports the monitor’s thermal management during operation.

Logo and Taskbar Detection

The monitor includes features designed to help reduce OLED burn-in risk. Logo and taskbar detection can reduce brightness in certain static image areas, while the screen saver dims the display after a period of inactivity. These features help manage the effects of prolonged static content.

Eye Saver Mode and Flicker-Free Technology

Eye Saver Mode helps reduce blue-light exposure, while Flicker-Free technology reduces screen flickering. These features are designed to support viewing comfort during extended gaming sessions.

Auto Source Switch+

Auto Source Switch+ detects when a connected device is switched on and automatically switches to the active input source. This helps simplify changing between compatible devices.

HDMI and DisplayPort Connectivity

The monitor includes one HDMI 2.0 port and one DisplayPort 1.2 input for connecting compatible gaming PCs, laptops and other video sources. A headphone output allows connection of compatible headphones or gaming headsets.

Tilt Adjustment and VESA Mounting

The included stand supports tilt adjustment to help users find a suitable viewing angle. The monitor also supports 100 x 100 mm VESA mounting, allowing installation on compatible monitor arms or wall mounts.
