Return and Refunds Policy

Fedi Office Supplies will make a refund for wrong product delivered, we can either make cash refund or replace the product with the right items at no extra shipping cost.

Faulty products due to manufactures error is eligible for warranty of one year hence it will be accepted

back and necessary repairs done, please note products are accepted for warranty only if the problem with products is not caused by the client.

Eligibility for Returns 1. Accept returns within 14 days from the date of purchase.
2. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
3. Non-returnable items include:
– Personalized/custom-made products.
– Perishable goods.
– Downloadable software/digital products.

Return Shipping 1. Customers pay for return shipping unless the item is defective or the return is due to our error.
2. Use a trackable method; we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Inspection and Refund Process 1. Returned items will be inspected for eligibility.
2. Approved returns will be processed within 3 business days. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
3. For defective items, we may offer a replacement or store credit.
Refund Timeframe Allow up to 3 business days for refund processing, depending on the payment method and financial institution.
Non-Refundable Items 1. Clearance or sale items.
2. Items from third-party sellers.
3. Damaged or altered items after delivery.
Exchanges No direct exchanges. Please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items Contact customer support immediately with evidence (e.g., photographs) to request a return or exchange.
Final Sale Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” are not eligible for return or refund.
Modifications to the Policy Fedi Office Supplies reserves the right to modify/update this policy at any time without prior notice. Changes are effective immediately upon posting the revised policy on our website.
